Wounded Soldiers Memorial

The firm was retained by Wounded Warriors Canada to collaborate with Daimian Boyne to design a memorial in the Park of Reflection, Cullen Central Park, located in the Town of Whitby. The memorial is a living tribute to all of Canada’s uniformed services who have become sick or injured in the line of duty.

The park symbolizes and augments their journey back to health and represents the sacrifices the few in uniform and their families have made for the greater good. The Park implementation program demanded an intensive design and development program of 10 months from design to substantial completion. The project won a PRO Award of Excellence in Design.
