HKLA was retained by Tribute Rondeau Limited Partnership to provide landscape architectural services for the Cobourg Trails Stormwater Management Pond, Boulevard Planting, and Neighbourhood Park as part of a larger residential subdivision development. Our work focused on integrating the stormwater facility into the surrounding community through thoughtful grading, planting, and trail connections, ensuring the pond functions as both critical infrastructure and a valued landscape amenity within the Cobourg Trails neighbourhood.

The project also involved entry feature design, fencing and edge treatments, natural buffers, and wetland compensation design. The scope included stormwater management planting and pathway systems, trail facility layout and grading, and the design of a neighbourhood park with sports fields and associated parking facilities. Services included landscape design development, coordination with the project team, and support through municipal approvals.
